As a LAMDA-trained public speaker, I have been delivering keynote speeches all over the world for the last decade.

Plus, internationally at Google’s Headquarters in Silicon Valley, UN Tower in New York City and the Sydney Opera House!

One of the biggest mistakes of event organisers is picking the wrong moderator in panel discussions.

Moderating a panel is not just about asking prepared questions to the panelists. It’s actually well known that the audience finds this format boring!

A good moderator can riff off the panelists, provide their own insights and get a really good debate and conversation going.

A speciality of mine is getting the audience involved throughout the panel in a non-intrusive way, so it doesn’t feel like they just watched an interview. Instead, they feel like they’re part of the conversation with the experts.
